Cloth diapers are washed after use and can be used throughout your child's diapering period.
A cloth diaper consists of a waterproof and breathable fabric on the outside and an absorbent fabric on the inside.

Today's cloth diapers are well-designed, functional, and stylish. They differ from the cloth diapers of the past.

How many cloth diapers do you need?

For full-time use, it's good to have at least 24 cloth diapers. It depends on how often you want and can wash your cloth diapers. But for most, around 24 diapers are sufficient to rotate.

What about the poop?

Many wonder how to deal with soiled diapers. Simply dump the poop into the toilet. If the stool is loose, you can use some toilet paper to wipe it off and flush it down the toilet.

If you have a breastfed or formula-fed baby, their waste is water-soluble, so you don't need to remove the poop before washing.

Tip! Use disposable liners in the diaper to catch the waste. You can then easily dump it or dispose of it in the trash, whichever you prefer.

Storing and washing cloth diapers

For pre-wash storage, we recommend wet bags. This provides a waterproof storage solution that keeps odors away.
In a wet bag, you can store cloth diapers for up to four days. If they need to be stored longer, they should be dried or rinsed in between.
Wash at 60°C (140°F) and use a high water level if possible.
