Shipping policy

Shipping & delivery

We ship every order with tracked delivery. Within Sweden we deliver with DHL or DSV (Schenker) to a service point, or with PostNord to your door. To Denmark we deliver with DHL. Outside the Nordics other reliable carriers such as FedEx may be used, depending on destination and weight.

It is the customer's responsibility to give the correct delivery address and to follow the carrier's instructions on receipt.

Shipping within Sweden

  • DHL – delivery to a service point: SEK 69
  • DSV (Schenker) – delivery to a service point: SEK 69
  • PostNord – home delivery to your door: SEK 99
  • Free shipping on orders over SEK 1,200

Delivery time: 1–3 working days.

Shipping to Denmark

  • DHL – tracked delivery: DKK 55–72 depending on weight
  • Free shipping on orders over DKK 800

The price is always shown in Danish kroner at checkout. Delivery time: 3–5 working days.

Shipping within the rest of the EU

We ship to the following countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

  • SEK 145 up to 3 kg
  • SEK 175 over 3 kg
  • Free shipping on orders over SEK 1,500

Delivery time: 3–5 working days via FedEx or DHL. Denmark has its own shipping rates, see above.

Shipping outside the EU (export)

We ship to several countries outside the EU on DAP terms (Delivered at Place). This means that VAT and duties are paid by the recipient on delivery. We do not offer DDP, which is to say we do not cover the customer's VAT or duties in these countries.

  • Zone 1 – Norway: shipping from SEK 145*
  • Zone 2 – Switzerland and the United Kingdom: shipping from SEK 225*
  • Zone 3 – Iceland: shipping from SEK 375*
  • Zone 4 – Canada, Australia and New Zealand: shipping from SEK 535*

Delivery times

  • Sweden: 1–3 working days
  • Denmark and the rest of the EU: 3–5 working days
  • Outside the EU: 3–7 working days, depending on destination

Unclaimed parcels

For parcels that are not collected and are therefore returned to us, a fee of SEK 69 is charged. The fee matches the cost we are charged by the carrier and is deducted from the refund of your order.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order at no cost until shipping documents have been created. Special orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier.
