Complete it with:
A practical pocket nappy that opens and changes just like a disposable — our first choice for nursery and babysitters.
✔ The insert sits in a pocket on the inside
✔ One-size 5–17 kg, adjusted with poppers
✔ Pre-stuffed, it has no loose parts
How it works
Pop the insert into the pocket and the nappy is ready. The inside is a stay-dry fabric that sits against the skin and keeps the surface dry. At a change you change the whole nappy — tip any poo into the toilet and put the nappy in a wet bag or ventilated bucket until washing. Available with or without an insert; an insert is needed for the nappy to work.
Washing
Wash at 60° on a long programme, ideally with a prewash and an extra rinse. No fabric softener or bleach. Air-dry if you can.
Material
The shell is recycled polyester (r-PET) with a waterproof TPU coating; the inside is a stay-dry fabric. Insert: a soft bamboo fabric, 80% bamboo and 20% polyester. Our materials are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. The standard prohibits the intentional use of PFAS and sets limit values for PFAS and other harmful substances.
Frequently asked questions
Slim or Comfort? How to choose
Newborn (2–6 kg): Best fit for the very first weeks.
Slim (3–15 kg): Often works from birth and lasts most children the whole nappy period. Fits a slim-built child best, all the way.
Comfort (5–17 kg): Roomier. The right fit when your child is a little rounder, if you start after a year, or want a nappy at night.
Not sure? Start with a few and add more – mix models as you like, the Nappy Ladder counts the number.
How many nappies do I need?
Most people start with 4–6 nappies to try it out, and 18–24 to use cloth around the clock. Buy several and the discount is applied automatically at checkout – see the Nappy Ladder below.
Do cloth nappies leak?
Less than you'd think. Loose baby poo often stays better in a cloth nappy thanks to the adjustable fit. If wetness comes through, it's almost always down to too little absorbency or a fit that needs adjusting — an extra insert and the two-finger rule usually solve it.
Isn't it loads of washing?
A few extra loads a week, usually every third day. 60° with a prewash and an extra rinse, no fabric softener. Today's machines handle it without any fuss.
Does it smell at home?
Not if air can get to it. Store in a wetbag or an open bucket with a towel over it – dry, never in a sealed container. Many even find it smells less than a bag of disposables: wee that's allowed to dry smells less than wee sealed in plastic.
Is it really cheaper than disposables?
Yes, over time. One wash costs about SEK 7. Over the whole nappy period, cloth nappies can save up to SEK 10,000 compared with disposables — even more with siblings or if you sell them on.
Do cloth nappies suit everyone?
Most people who try them find it easier than they first thought — a cloth nappy works just like a disposable, you wash it instead of throwing it away. It doesn't suit every family every day, and that's okay. Start small and see how it works for you.
