Exchanges and returns

Didn't it feel quite right? You can exchange your product or cancel your purchase.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase, with a 14-day right of cancellation. The cancellation period starts on the weekday after you have received the item you ordered from us.

To cancel your purchase, the item must be in its original condition. The product must not be washed or treated in any other way. The product may be tested.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must notify us. Please use the message field below to let us know which items you wish to return.

If you send goods in return, we will refund the value of the goods, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return. Returns sent against cash on delivery will not be picked up but will be returned to the sender. The product must be well packaged. If the item has been damaged or used in any way, we reserve the right to deduct a reduction in value corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the item's original value from the return amount.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been specially manufactured according to the consumer's instructions or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken by you.

If you choose to return part of an order where an offer or promotion has been taken advantage of, we reserve the right to deduct the discounted amount from the return refund, if the return causes the offer or promotion to be affected and no longer fulfilled.
