How they work

Place the liner on top inside the nappy, closest to the skin. The poo is caught while the wee passes through to the nappy's usual insert. After the change you throw the disposable liner in the bin. It has no absorbent function of its own and doesn't replace the cloth insert – it's an aid for handling.
