How to use
Prepare the diaper
To ensure the diaper is ready for use, carefully place the soft and absorbent insert in the diaper pocket. This prepares the diaper for maximum absorbency and comfort for your baby.
When changing diapers
When it's time for a diaper change, start by tipping any stool into the toilet. This is a hygienic and easy way to deal with solid waste. Next, take out the insert. Then store both the diaper and the used insert in a ventilated wetbag or bucket until it is time to wash. Good ventilation is important to avoid bad odors and keep diapers fresh.
If your baby is exclusively breastfeeding or drinking formula, the diaper can be washed directly without first tipping any stool. This type of feces is water-soluble and rinses away effectively during pre-washing, making handling easier for you.
Washing instructions
To keep your diapers long-lasting and hygienically clean, wash them at 60°C on a long cycle. This ensures a thorough cleaning and optimal hygiene.
Choose a program with extra water. As diapers' absorbent inserts are designed to hold a lot of liquid, they need extra water during washing to ensure they get thoroughly clean and rinse out effectively. This prevents detergent residues from remaining in the material.
To give your diapers a really long life and preserve their absorbency, avoid using bleach or fabric softener. Both of these can break down the fabric fibers and reduce the effectiveness of the diapers over time.
We recommend avoiding tumble drying diapers. Air-drying them is gentler on both the material of the diapers and contributes positively to eco-consciousness by saving energy. This extends the life of the diapers and is a sustainable choice.
