The pocket model is one of our most popular cloth diapers thanks to how easy it is to use. With the insert tucked into the pocket on the inside, the diaper sits stably in place however much your child moves. The inside is a stay-dry fabric that wicks moisture away from your baby’s skin and helps keep the surface dry and comfortable.

Once prepared, the diaper works just like a disposable, with no loose parts. Many choose this model for preschool, since staff can handle the change easily. The whole diaper is washed after use.

The diaper has a roomier fit that doesn’t restrict your child’s movement. An insert is needed for the diaper to absorb – you can add our bamboo inserts or use ones you already prefer.

The insert

A prefold insert or loose inserts slide into the pocket opening. The pocket keeps the material lying flat for even absorbency across the diaper.

Use

Prepare the diaper by placing your chosen insert in the pocket. At a change, tip any solids into the toilet and put the whole diaper in the wash – hygienic and odour-free.

Store used diapers dry in a ventilated pail or a wet bag until washing day.

Washing

Wash at 60°C on a long cycle.
Avoid fabric softener and bleach.
Air-dry for the longest life.

Material

Pocket diaper: Durable recycled polyester with a breathable, waterproof TPU laminate. Inside of soft stay-dry polyester.

Insert (sold separately): An absorbent blend of 80% bamboo and 20% polyester.
